- Dulles Metrorail Project

- Expand public transportation routes and levels of service

- Expand para-transit for the disabled throughout the region

- Gainesville Interchange and rail crossing elimination

- Route 28 improvements from Route 234 by-pass to Culpeper district line

- I-66 improvements from interchange with Route 15 to Route 234 bypass

- Route 29 corridor improvements from Gainesville to Fauquier County Line

- Improve access to Metrorail stations and expand station parking

- Enhanced bus and VRE services along the I-95/I-395 corridor

- Express bus service and commuter rail from Maryland to Dunn Loring via Tysons Corner

- Improved access to Metrorail stations at Pentagon City and Crystal City

- Widen US 29 through the City of Fairfax to six lanes

- Widen VA 28 from Manassas Park north to US 29 to six lanes

- OmniLink service expansion for Intra-Woodbridge

- Priority bus on Little River Turnpike from Fairfax to Alexandria and Bailey's crossroads to the Pentagon
