- Increase roadway capacity of Hampton Street from Middlebrook Avenue to Greenville Avenue to accommodate for projected traffic volumes of more than 19,000 vehicles per day
Grottoes
- Construct turn lanes for Dogwood Avenue at the intersection with Third Street
